Hi, I’m Kevin Filion, a Civil Engineering Technologist and Civil 3D specialist with over 12 years of experience working alongside engineers, developers, municipalities, and clients across Ontario. My career has taken me from field inspections and municipal engineering to leading civil design projects, managing technical teams, and delivering complex drafting solutions for land development and infrastructure projects.

I hold a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation through OACETT and am an Autodesk Certified Professional in Civil 3D for Infrastructure Design. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects including site servicing, lot grading, stormwater management, roadway design, utility infrastructure, and technical drafting for residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
